The Dark Light IP65 Range

When planning the lighting for a bathroom or sauna space, it is important to consider the luminaire’s resistance to moisture. The degree of protection is indicated by an international IP value consisting of two digits, where the second digit indicates the luminaire’s protection against moisture – the higher this digit is, the stronger the protection. For bathroom or sauna walls and ceilings, luminaires with an IP rating of at least 55 are suitable, while for floors, luminaires with an IP rating starting from 65 can be chosen.
